Our trainings include:
Tactical
A goalkeeper must understand the tactical aspects of the game, including positioning, communication with defenders, and reading the game.
Technical
Goalkeeping requires various technical skills, including shot-stopping, handling, distribution, and footwork. Our training program includes specific technical drills to improve these areas.
Strength
A goalkeeper needs to be strong and agile to cover the goal effectively. Our program includes strength and conditioning sessions to develop the goalkeeper’s physical attributes such as explosive power, speed and endurance.
